Kundapur: Two die in car- trax collision

Kundapur, June 13: A Maruti Swift collided with a trax in front of Naguru Sandeepan High School of NH 17 on Friday. As a result, two persons died and one person was severely injured.
The deceased are identified as Moideen Kutti (43) and Shabbin (38). They were travelling in the car. The car was going towards Kasargod from Goa and the trax was going towards Bijapur from Dharmastala. One person is severely injured and is admitted in Manipal hospital.
Four persons were travelling in the car. More than ten members who were travelling in the trax were injured. The injured are identified as Annu Gowda (40), Sathyappa Kotekar (47), Suresh Asangi (40), Ravi (30), Renuka (38), Renuka Kotekar (37), Appanna Bhajranthi (50), Somanath (15), Musthafa (40), Rasheed (35). Injured are admitted in Kundapur private hospital.
